The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components and are exclusive of the respective shipping costs.
Payment can be made either: Invoice by credit card or Paypal.
We are responsible for the selection of the payment methods available. In particular, we reserve the right to offer you only selected payment methods for payment.
When paying by credit card, the purchase price will be reserved on your credit card at the time of order (authorization). The actual charge on your credit card account occurs at the time we deliver the goods to you to ship.
When paying with PayPal, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal in the ordering process. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. You‘ll get more information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately thereafter.
If you are in arrears with a payment, you are obliged to pay the statutory default interest in the amount of 5 percentage points above the base rate. For each reminder sent to you after the default has occurred, you will be charged a reminder fee of 2.50 EUR, unless a lower or higher damage is proven in individual cases.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Delivery is carried out from Germany. We deliver worldwide with DHL from monday to saturday and with UPS from monday to friday. We do not ship to mailboxes. Parcels are sent with “signed for” delivery. DHL and UPS will attempt to deliver the package three working days in a row. After three failed attempts an Info takes place in the mailbox of the recipient. The package will be brought to a DHL or UPS Centre where it will be kept for the next five working days for pick-up.
In order to process your order, please note that the invoice address and delivery address must be located in the same country.
If upon delivery, you determine that the package is damaged, please do not accept the package, so that the logistics partner can immediately initiate a damage report. Any claim regarding damages, missing merchandise and/or delivery to the wrong address, must be received by OR-NAKED.COM within 10 days from the order’s delivery date on the carrier’s website, otherwise the claim will not be accepted.
After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing a link to track the status of your shipment (please also check your spam folder). • Africa: 4-10 business days delivery
Please note that during bank holidays in Germany, shipping shall be carried out on the first working day after the holiday.
Deliveries to Russian Federation
Due to customs policies, some Russian regions may have order amount limitations on shipments from abroad.
• Restrictions are not applicable for Moscow, Moscow region cities, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Kazan, Krasnodar, Rostov on Don, Khabarovsk, Murmansk, Samara, Togliatti and other bigger cities.
• For cities like Volgograd, Bryansk, Kaluga, Yaroslavl, Stavropol, Sochi, the value of goods purchased can‘t exceed 1000 euros per month.
• For certain smaller cities, the limit is 200 euros per order.

Customs and taxes within the EU
For all goods sent within the European Union, no additional taxes or duties are due. The item prices and delivery costs are gross prices and include the applicable value added tax.

For deliveries to countries located outside the EU, we oversee customs formalities for you. Please note that, for legal reasons, we must provide the value of the items. All deliveries to those countries will be subject to an official invoice in accordance with customs regulations, which will show the value of each item.
